Hi there! We’re so glad you’re here! I’m Katie, and I started Katie Pie in 2019, inspired by my love for cooking and baking. This journey began long before that, rooted in my childhood passion for writing stories and whipping up dishes to share with my neighbourhood friends. Hosting them was a joy, and I loved serving unique treats that brought smiles to their faces.
When I got my first oven, I was thrilled! I started baking every day for family and friends, and it quickly became a cherished hobby. My then-boyfriend (now my husband) encouraged me to take my baking to the next level. He even came up with the name “Katie Pie,” which perfectly captured my vision.
After running Katie Pie for three wonderful years in India, I moved to Canada, uncertain about continuing my baking journey. However, one day I felt inspired to reignite my passion, and I knew I had to bring Katie Pie back.
Now, from our cozy kitchen in Scarborough, I combine my love for baking with my work in marketing. Each creation is made with care, and I aim to make your celebrations truly special.
